emi 💜 @emilunagames.bsky.social · 03/10/2026as a woman it just feels like an unfortunate reminder that it could be anyone you know that commits abuse. it could be anyone you love that becomes a victim of abuse. discourse aside, take care of yourself 030
emi 💜 @emilunagames.bsky.social · 03/10/2026there's been a lot of talk online and in the media this week about sexual assault so I just want to put out there that it's normal to feel shitty or triggered and to take time offline and connect with friends and family if you need to. this is heavy shit and its important to take care of yourself. 151

emi 💜 @emilunagames.bsky.social · 02/10/2026but acknowledging that someone fooled us. we aren't perfect. we can't tell who someone truly is based off the analysis or art they create. it could be anyone. don't think it can only be right wing grifters that can only "create" ai slop. 000
emi 💜 @emilunagames.bsky.social · 02/10/2026many of us watched and enjoyed that mans videos. I bought his book which I now feel very icky about. even the most left-leaning people can be capable of horrible things. whats important isnt that we switch up to "their work always sucked"- 100
emi 💜 @emilunagames.bsky.social · 02/10/2026also a reminder that abusers can create amazing art. they can be smart. they can be charming. you CAN enjoy the work of an abuser. theres no correlation between being a good creator and being a good person. you are not immune to enjoying the work of someone that is an abuser. 120

emi 💜 @emilunagames.bsky.social · 01/10/2026not trying to say this in a fear mongering way but in a "no one is immune to commiting heinous acts so if your first reaction is "x could never!" you're probably wrong. its much more common than we'd like to believe. 051
