I was wondering why my wards were throwing up so many alarms during the full moon. I reached out my front door to grab something and saw this🤦🏽‍♀️ Note: I don’t place welcome mats at the doorways to my house since not every entity is welcome in my space! (My housemates do not understand this) #witchsky

It’s okay to share your magical mistakes. You live, you learn, and you grow! Who knows, maybe the mistake you made in the past will help someone learn something important in the future. #witchsky

1. Don’t be afraid to annotate the text. There isn’t a single book in my collection that isn’t highlighted in some way. It helps with comprehension and it also helps your future self recall the things you once read. There’s no harm if the book is yours and you intend to reference it in the future.

Let’s bring back enchanting your makeup. I have no idea how it fell out of style, but let’s bring it back. Warding concealer, grounding foundation, glamour lip gloss, it doesn’t have to be complicated! Speak a little incantation over the container and you’re good to go! #witchsky

Speaking of fun...It's so important to take magick and spirituality seriously, yes, but finding joy, comfort, and wholeness in it is equally important. We're doing magick! Magick! For real! Isn't that the coolest? It's fun! 🥰

One tour later and I’m settled in for the rest of the season (as far as I know LOL)! If I ever fall off the side of the world, it’s probably because I’m on the road🎵🚌 What did I miss?

In my practice, fog indicates the presence of a liminal space. As I stepped outside with my dog this morning, I was greeted with a dense fog that shrouded my street. Tonight is Hekate’s Deipnon, so I’d say the fog is a well placed reminder from the goddess of liminal spaces. #hekate #newmoon

My first mentor taught me that my craft is personal, meaning it is *mine.* Folks are going to have opinions on things they know nothing about, so the best thing I can do is to keep moving forward and not spend the energy on the ignorance they seek to maintain nor the comments they speak.

When you cleanse your veils, make sure you also cleanse any clips, pins, magnets, or ties you use to secure them to your head! Negative energy can build up in the smallest of items, especially when you’re reusing them multiple times without removing stale energy. #paganveiling #witchsky #veiling

Veiling from an animistic standpoint is so interesting. I can hear and feel specific veils calling me to wear them on a specific day, like they know that I’ll need extra protection in the area they can help with! #paganveiling #witchsky #animism

Be wary of how you choose to organize and mobilize. Not every app is safe, and most won’t protect you if you’re brought in front of a judge for your acts of resistance. End-to-end encryption apps are safer, but honestly, planning should take place in-person with no phones present. #safety #protest

I have a color-coded spreadsheet that I keep all my organic materials catalogued in! For things that I have unique variants of like divination supplies and crystals, my grimoire is kept up-to-date with what I have and what I’ve given away!

Good luck even getting to my decks in the first place, that space is so heavily warded/guarded that I’d know before they could get a toe in. No👏🏼touchy👏🏼without👏🏼permission👏🏼

Big fan, I’ve been doing it since I was a kid. It’s a great thing that pop culture/social media has warped into a “sell-your-soul” negative thing in recent times. I always feel sad when I have to tell folks that they’re not “bad at it” or that their gods aren’t angry with them over small mistakes😞

My main plan for my day off is cleaning up my room. You may be thinking to yourself “wow, they must have a lot of clothes and trash on the floor.” Nope, it’s all witchy books or reference materials. Sometimes, a floor is just another table if you don’t have tabletop space to spare😂

Shufflemancy! I could be minding my own business and suddenly a song plays that contains a message about a question I had or a future path I may find myself on. It always sneaks up on me in the most magical way possible✨

How do you choose decks for readings? When I’m trying to pick a deck to use in a reading, it’s like I’m pulled a few minutes into the future and I see myself reading with a specific deck. Then, I’m pulled back into the present and I choose the deck I was using in the vision. #witchsky #tarotsky

Hades and Hades II are my favs! They did an amazing job on the story, portrayals of gods and heroes, just everything! I can talk for hours, and I have hundreds of hours logged in the games too😂 I’m also a fan of Assassin’s Creed and God of War (but my computer isn’t, so I can’t play them that much)

Stop trying to erase pop culture’s place in modern magic. We all know the entertainment industry has made a lot of mistakes in its portrayal of witches, but there are hidden gems that do pop up occasionally. Use pop culture as another tool to help you to help you connect your magic to the world!

Whenever I think about my path as a green death witch, the show Agatha All Along comes to mind. Death *is* the original green witch. Creation and death are two sides of the same coin, so green witchcraft and death witchcraft are paths that can run into and merge with each other.

If you struggle with energy headaches, I highly recommend veiling. It’s a great way to put up a protective barrier between yourself and the world around you. You can veil with a scarf, hat, bandana, protective hairstyle, basically anything that can rest on your head! #witchsky #paganveil

One coven launch later and I’m back! To kickoff my return, here’s a tip for y’all: weather spells are very compatible with jar spells! If you want, let’s say, a snow spell that you can reuse at any time, put it in a snow globe and shake it whenever you need a day off! #witchsky

I have a copy of Tarot of the Holy Spectrum: Infinity Edition that is in constant rotation! I also love using my Alleyman’s Tarot Deck for bigger readings (the deck is too big/tall on its own to pull it out for every reading haha).
