Secretary Kennedy has unilaterally gutted the transparent & evidence based panel that makes vaccine recommendations. As doctors, we rely on ACIP recommendations to guide patient care. He repeatedly undercuts trust & spreads misinformation & lies. He has no place in leadership or public health.

This has profound implications for the practice of medicine. We need the guidance of the ACIP in order to advise our patients and importantly, get vaccines paid for. This is a unilateral decision-no public or expert input. If you belong to a medical association, like the AMA, demand they speak out.

These firings immediately & severely jeopardize our national & local responses to disease outbreaks. This is incredibly dangerous, especially during an active TB outbreak in Kansas, measles outbreak in Texas, & ongoing monitoring of H5N1 (bird flu). This puts the health of all Americans at risk!
