There is a tattoo and piercing place in Lime Ridge Mall which seems so weird to me. It’s near the new Wal Mart which we absolutely don’t need. #HamOnt

The brilliant @ambivalentlyyours.bsky.social pointed this out. People tell her "If you don't want your art stolen (by AI or by copycat mass produced drop sites) then you should put a watermark on it" to which she pointed out "Why do I have to make my art ugly so you don't steal it?"

I know some of y'all are going to call this a reach but the fervour for AI is directly tied to rape culture. A world that says "If you didn't want your art stolen, you should have never shared it with the world" is such a blatant consent violation.

This isn’t the female gaze. This is the male gaze. It’s men who are obsessed with the physicality of other men. Women, in the main, would much rather see a man who looks like he’d make himself a stack of buttered toast and let you steal a slice

Cats are very strange creatures. Happy #Caturday!

Jack is a white and orange cat. He is sleeping on his cat tree. He is sleeping on the level with the hole in the middle. He is curled around the hope except for his right front leg, which is hanging down the hole.

I am begging Canadians to look at government policies objectively and then ask yourselves "If Poilievre was behind this, would I be mad?" A horrifying amount of you are in a partisan cult where you're re-framing terrible policies as Good Actually! just because your guy is behind them.

Jack is a white and orange cat. He is inside a brow paper bag used for package delivery and he’s sniffing it. Both are sitting on a bed.

A reminder that municipalities must manually adjust tax revenues every year. They cannot borrow money and run deficits. Whereas, income tax revenues (and similar taxes such as sales) automatically increase with inflation. Therefore, every year, we see municipal tax "increases" but not provincial
