elleflies @elleflies.bsky.social · 30/06/2025I know right? I wish they’d stop enjoying things and reveling in and wanting to share the things they enjoy with each other. So gross. I’m so glad we can both be judgmental cows about it. 140

And even if you're outside the US, buy nothing from corporate companies and ESPECIALLY US ones. No Amazon. No Apple. No TK Maxx. No Coke! No Pepsi! Please share. We need to do the en masse. 39141
elleflies @elleflies.bsky.social · 18/02/2025I'd love it if all these studios actually started making TV again. I yearn for 20 episode seasons and entire networks dedicated to animation. 100
elleflies @elleflies.bsky.social · 18/02/2025My kid and I watch SO MANY animated tv shows and they're all from a few years ago. Now.... it's like there's nothing. Really depressing state of affairs. 110
elleflies @elleflies.bsky.social · 18/02/2025It absolutely is the most dangerous time of a flight. And yeah, super grateful that everyone was able to get off that plane. Props to the flight crew and first responders. 040

elleflies @elleflies.bsky.social · 18/02/2025We're supposed to go up to Washington state to spread husband's grandfil's ashes, and at this point we've all decided we're driving. Hell no, I'm not flying now. 010
elleflies @elleflies.bsky.social · 17/02/2025Is it wrong that I'm like... at least we'll get a thorough investigation of what happened in Canada, cause I'm not even sure who's left at the NTSB in the US. 130
elleflies @elleflies.bsky.social · 17/02/2025That's what I want to know! All I can think is that they didn't make contact with the runway hard enough, it bounced up, caught a breeze and flipped. 100
elleflies @elleflies.bsky.social · 16/02/2025This is why I don't like going to panels anymore. I'd much prefer audience members submit questions to a moderator rather than get to ask the questions themselves. Too many times I've wanted to sink into the floor with extreme second hand embarrassment. 120
elleflies @elleflies.bsky.social · 16/02/2025Emily Wilde's Encyclopedia of Fairies. Set in Europe where Fairies are just a part of the world and known to researchers. There's some romance but it's not the main part of the book. Mainly it's a researcher just trying to do her job and being very annoyed by a colleague. I devoured this book. 130
elleflies @elleflies.bsky.social · 27/01/2025And I will get back to this one someday! I've got about 70k more if it written, it's just in pieces and in need of massive editing. 4151

elleflies @elleflies.bsky.social · 23/01/2025If only shows could have more than eight episodes! Alas. I'm just glad they gave it an ending as opposed to trying to make it into a lead in for a season they're not certain they'll get. 000

elleflies @elleflies.bsky.social · 12/01/2025Oh gosh, thanks. That fic is so self indulgent and so much fun to write. Felt like I was doing a book study on the Satyricon in fic form and having a BLAST. 121
