this is a late update, but i'm now living in Montreal. i lived in the USA for ten years. this is a profound change; my personal life has been difficult, my health was incredibly challenging; i'm still healing from it all. grateful to be close to family, back in canada, and in a city i dearly love. 💜

whenever something like this comes to light i feel so unsafe. most women and non-cis people i know have an abuse story. almost all of us do. i do. you probably do. that’s all i’ve got in me tonight.

oh i am so so sorry to hear this Ashley :(

011

i went in with the lowest expectations and have been consistently blown away

yes 100% like damn, i was on the edge of my seat the whole time. they really captured a whole level of complexity to dexter's character even the original show didn't have

I really wasn't expecting much, but Dexter Resurrection is actually quite good?? it's reminiscent of the pulpy, campy fun and dark humor of the early seasons of Dexter.

210

that’s so brave of you but i truly insist. it would be an honor to destroy your reputation

if it's any consolation, i will happily besmirch natalie publicly any day knowing it brings you joy

120

I miss this too. all the time 😭

111

wow who would say that!!! i'm so sorry this happened to you :(

120

no i think carli is agreeing with me

100

that's what a bully would say....just grasping at straws when in reality, this repulsive insult came from the very depths of your twisted mind...

120

my question to all of you who are taking her side. would you be tolerant to this

220

yes, sometimes she’s stankalie, hagalie….depends on her given mood

130

because natalie is in bratalie mode today

In retrospect, Obsidian getting Pentiment out there into the world before Microsoft exploded really feels like they pulled off the weirdest heist in gaming history.

Random thought I could probably write a whole essay about some time: the fact that there aren‘t more mainstream Romance video games is such a bizarre failure, like don‘t you people wanna make money? Why not cater to the infamously ever hungry audience of Romance book readers in another medium?

Fanbyte was a once in a lifetime opportunity. i told John back then, "the moment i lose this job, i'm leaving journalism because i know i won't find something better." we pulled off the impossible and still got the axe. but what an honor it was to make a miracle happen with that team.

i adore that game... i hesitated about whether to play it with everything that happened with za/um, and just thinking about where to draw the line with things like this when it was still made by brilliant people. it really is an exquisite game, though
