eliohypeguy.bsky.social @eliohypeguy.bsky.social · 30/09/2026Ok everyone. As shown on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on NBC last night by Hailee Steinfeld, here’s the 1st clip from Walt Disney Animation Studios’ new original film #Hexed, only in theaters in 8 weeks. Let’s hope the 2nd, new, hopefully much better trailer drops soon to hype folks up... 000
eliohypeguy.bsky.social @eliohypeguy.bsky.social · 27/09/2026I left those out because I was focusing on original movies, not sequels. 100
eliohypeguy.bsky.social @eliohypeguy.bsky.social · 26/09/2026Already saw it. And yes, it was a real good movie. Buuuuttt… Aang: The Last Airbender’s still the best animated movie of 2026… Until Tangles comes out and then things will change. 110
eliohypeguy.bsky.social @eliohypeguy.bsky.social · 26/09/2026So that gives me hope that it will by some miracle turn out good without being great in the end. I hope. (2/2) 000

And, when I asked Hexed’s crew at D23 about the change of the main character from a boy to a girl, they said it was an internal WDAS decision, not mandated by corporate Disney execss 120
eliohypeguy.bsky.social @eliohypeguy.bsky.social · 26/09/2026W/ only 2 months til Walt Disney Animation Studios’ #Hexed hits theaters, while we wait for the second trailer that’s hopefully better than the first, here is the trailer I saw of the movie from #D23 back in August in Anaheim. @lance2187.bsky.social @orangegrove55.bsky.social @awinger24.bsky.social 110
eliohypeguy.bsky.social @eliohypeguy.bsky.social · 24/09/2026Now at AMC Theatres’ Empire 25 theater in NYC for the IMAX showing of Marvel Studios’ #AvengersEndgameENCORE, which’ll have sneak peeks of #AvengersDoomsday. Oh and I’m going to the Q&A with The Russo Brothers later tonight, too. More on that later. Stay tuned for my coverage… @awinger24.bsky.social 000
eliohypeguy.bsky.social @eliohypeguy.bsky.social · 23/09/2026Thanks to my film critic friend @edouglasww.bsky.social, I’m at Paris Theater in NYC for The Oscars press screening of Netflix’s new animated action thriller #RayGunn from director Brad Bird, which won’t be out until December. eliohypeguy.bsky.social @eliohypeguy.bsky.social · 20/09/2026Then, I’m not sure what else I could call it. 100
eliohypeguy.bsky.social @eliohypeguy.bsky.social · 20/09/2026Well, I mean it’s not normally the type of film most people would associate with Disney, given the subject matter the movie delves into, the tone it has, and the way they establish & depict what might be the peak of villains of Walt Disney Animation Studios, compared to Hercules, Aladdin, and others 100

eliohypeguy.bsky.social @eliohypeguy.bsky.social · 20/09/2026Now time to turn on Disney+ to watch 4 underrated classics of Walt Disney Animation Studios each celebrating anniversaries this year. First #TheFoxAndTheHound (45 years), next #TheGreatMouseDetective (40 years), then #TheHunchbackOfNotreDame (30 years), and finally #AtlantisTheLostEmpire (25 years). 000
eliohypeguy.bsky.social @eliohypeguy.bsky.social · 20/09/2026Fair enough & close enough, I guess. 000
eliohypeguy.bsky.social @eliohypeguy.bsky.social · 20/09/2026#ThePrinceOfEgypt is still DreamWorks Animation’s best movie. 100
eliohypeguy.bsky.social @eliohypeguy.bsky.social · 18/09/2026I would rather Tangles win anyway to give hand-drawn animation that isn’t Miyazaki a win. But Disney might have their win in the last and final 100th Oscars broadcast on TV in 2028 with potentially winning Best Animated Feature for Pixar’s Gatto. 001
eliohypeguy.bsky.social @eliohypeguy.bsky.social · 17/09/2026Now @ AMC Theatres’ Dine-In Staten Island 11 theater in Staten Island, NY w/ my hometown friend for the 3:30 IMAX opening night show of a film I’m honestly surprised I’m even seeing in Zach Cregger’s shockingly-praised new take on #ResidentEvil. eliohypeguy.bsky.social @eliohypeguy.bsky.social · 07/09/2026I mean at least they have faithful looks, probably on par with The Peanuts Movie. But, c’mon, Disney, ya can’t do one fully hand-drawn animated movie unless it’s The Simpsons Movie sequel or with the upcoming #LiloAndStitch short playing with #Hexed called #LiloAndScratch? Get the f—- outta here. 000
