Dentists, Jazz, Death, Escape!
My thanks to David Cook editor of The High Window for including three poems of mine in the Summer edition - recently published. The poems range from the real life story of jazz saxophonist Johnny Hodges who died during a visit to the dentist, to the fact that my local cemetery is overlooked by a large school to a stay I once had on the coast, just outside Belfast, where I woke up in the darkest darkness I had ever known (quality curtains, I guess!).
