This is about where I am, and while the sessions monthly to sixth weeks are mainly validation that I’m staying my tools consistently and correctly, the thought of stopping therapy kind of terrifies me. My therapist got me through the most awful times of my life and it’s one of my routines now.

To be clear for non-tech followers: an LLM can only output content, such as text or images. That has no impact on the world until we make it so. Text output can be commands or tools called. But we have to explicitly wire those tools to the tool caller. If you do that without controls, that's on you.

There’s no scenario where you’re not going to make mistakes and parenting is nothing but lagging indicators. I lived with constant ideation for at least 25 years, so I get that, and it’s important for healing to understand what behaviors were modeled for our parents and what resources were available
