That sucks. I hate IT control on everything- random restarts, clinical programs I don’t use, and the monthly fees for each computer we have just to be connected. Not to mention the fight to purchase systems that can handle our imaging data.

This really is heartbreaking. Definitely should not be seeing this here. Heard the other day people with infants are not traveling to visit family in the US due to the measles. Sadly, it’s the most vulnerable who are at risk.

My dream is to record neural activity in their brain while they camouflage so we can see how the visual world is represented in the brain & transformed into a recreation of the world on the skin. The Pope reminds me of a version of Catholicism I knew growing up as a young man attending anti-war and anti-death penalty protests, where I met elderly Catholics who shared their version of faith with me. I learned that Catholicism was about love and mercy for the weak, the condemned, and the poor.
