If you are interviewing one of the best ways to answer behavioral questions is using the STAR method. The acronym stands for Situation, Task, Action and Result. Before you head into the interview think of a few different scenarios for some of the obvious behavioral questions. youtu.be/BmrDtduGNNY

I am excited to offer this content from now on and am delighted to unveil it to a larger audience. Secondly I will be providing “What is Your Secret Sauce?” in a new format, the table topic. It is a new session format for ABRCMS so let's give it a go and see how it works!

Is very excited to be returning to ABRCMS in November and presenting new content to the attendees. First I will be presenting “Should I Stay or Should I Go? Trials and Tribulations of International Researchers” which was written especially for an institution for NPA Postdoc Appreciation Week.

I think another lesson to take from the loss of both Dolly and Tim Curry is that neither of them took themselves seriously but they took the work dead serious that's the most important thing pour all of yourself into the craft but have fun and don't get an ego.

Remember that if you got the Moderna Covid vaccine, you have Dolly Parton to thank, she gave the largest individual contribution toward their research to make it possible.

We have lost someone truly inspirational. She broke the mold and was true to herself even when ridiculed. When others saved their money she bought children books. We need more people like the incredible Dolly Parton. RIP queen.

Their final question will be undoubtedly if you have any questions for them and you most certainly do! Leaving without asking anything may indicate a lack of interest in the role.

The oxygen that keeps us alive comes from natural ecosystems: half on land, half at sea. It's not complicated: we are TOTALLY dependent on the living world. Yet it's still treated as nothing but 'resources', to exploit and destroy for profit.

Either you aren't the top candidate so they are dragging things out while they pursue others, or they are horribly disorganized. I asked if they feel confident about working for the company. They like the supervisor but are concerned about the company. I gently suggested they continue to look.
