Think of a parent teaching their child to brunch their teeth 🦷 or a footballer playing a pass ⚽️ Forming the habits that make these things automatic requires deep thought and conscious practice. And it’s not easy.

Habits - those unconscious actions that run so much of our lives - are an important part of teaching. We can build habits through conscious deliberate practice, and refine these over time with feedback 🔁 🚘Think of learning to drive or 🚴 ride a bike.

It really is a great think piece. It’s a shame it is fiction. I do think it would take brave leadership and clear communication with the community to make the choices described here - but with potentially powerful results. It would also need a shift in frameworks & very specific priorities.
