🧪Thrilled to see our paper highlighted by PAIN. Thank you! For many patients, chronic pain is not only about intensity, but also about the feeling that pain is taking over and eroding their sense of self. We hope this work helps inform more person-centred interventions for #chronicpain management.

Many patients are still in pain 3 months after their surgery. Certain procedures have much higher rates of chronic pain after 3 months, including orthopaedic (35%), breast (15%) & gynaecological (11%). #AnSky #PainSky doi.org/10.1111/anae...
