Green-led Stroud District Council is one of the largest council house builders in the whole of England, it has been revealed. We delivered 8 of then the other week in my ward; Wotton-under-Edge. stroud.social/objects/db22... #sdc #stroud #ukpol

Complex infographic but in summary: Stroud's 2025/26 housing starts mean that it is in the top 10 local authorities in England for house building. It is building more homes than every unitary authority built last year - higher than Birmingham, Merseyside, and Tyne and Wear - despite them having a combined population of 3.8 million people, compared with 126,000 in Stroud District.

Whoop-de-do. The OPCC have referred me to the Monitoring Officer over my report on this months Police & Crime Panel. :( Sigh. I don't think they understand that Greens do politics differently..... listed.to/@eco_g/71196...

Hannah Spencer was heading to Westminster today and told ITV News: "None of us are perfect but we're human and we need more humans in parliament who care about each other. I promise to always do my best, and always be decent, and I will always do you proud." #GreenParty #HannahSpencer

Bluesky suspended my first Cllr account a month or two back. It may have been because I use Simplelogin so that US Tech companies can't track me and link e-mail addresses. I appealed but no dice. No chance to backup etc.
