Be careful. If you gain or lose weight, an adjustment might be needed. But it simply does not work as "lose 5% of bodyweight, drop dose by 5%". Check Free T4 and Free T3 as well.

As someone who has actually looked through clear crystal, can you actually see a crystal clear line? Or does it mean there is no visible gap/difference between them?

The VAT cut meant almost nothing. My VAT element was usually less than £4 by some margin - less than £40 a year.. Bills going up by "as much as £442" is a concern!

So do our enemies have specific threats they'd use against UK and nowhere else? Things they wouldn't use against other northern European countries. What if they used an anti-Denmark weapon as a surprise?

I'm not on any benefit - except inasmuch as state pension seems to be called that. Doesn't make it any easier to pay standing charges and energy costs than anyone else. Esp. as live alone hence entire S/C falls on my shoulders. £1bn likely won't go very far in reality.

One person - two people? A person can be an officer of a few companies. Even identical name, DoB, and seemingly same address. But a slight difference in use of commas in writing the address divorces them. Compare versions you see different people with different number of appointments!

That they have, extremely belatedly, introduced ID verification, shows they have been aware of issues for a long time. Will ID verification stop this? I have my doubts.

Keeps striking me we need a general right to void NDAs which are used to cover up criminality. Obviously difficult to achieve, wording isn't simple, but principle seems simple enough. The concept of adding time limits might be helpful. Justifying a life-time NDA needing more than 5 or 10 years.

Well - we could, but the time and effort and cost of so doing represents a huge barrier. We have cut ourselves off from resilient supplies.

Levothyroxine is in short supply in the UK. But: The Serialisation Lock: Post-Brexit, the UK and European data systems for tracing serialized medicine barcodes (to prevent counterfeits) are decoupled. While tablets in the EU which are IDENTICAL to some in the UK, we cannot import them.

Do you post elsewhere? I have just linked to this thread because I think it good to see such things discussed and understood. And because a TSH-only heel test is not good enough for many reasons.

Only temporary? Other than some niche technical applications, I can see no justification for this sort of device. Anywhere. And if you come up with one, explain why the person can't wear a yellow hat emblazoned "I AM FILMING NOW"! So that everyone knows.

People are getting loose tablets due to the shortages. Levothyroxine should NOT be dispensed loose - exposes it to oxygen, light, humidity. All of which cause deterioration of the product.

Someone nearby has installed three new lamps on the front of their house. All of them have a dual cone of light - one down to the ground, the other straight up to the heavens. And they are *many* times brighter than needed. Just WHY??? I have a weak 2.5 watt lamp on an IR detector.

Wockhardt, Accord, Mercury Levothyroxine and Eltroxin, and Crescent levothyroxine tablets are all physically manufactured in the UK. Aristo Vencamil, Aspire Teriston, and Teva are not manufactured in the UK but the restrictions apply to them just as much.

That will "save" me between £2.20 and 82p a month (based on historic bills). Definitely better than paying VAT. But hardly enough to make a meaningful difference. Oh - and 37% of VAT on my last bill was on the standing charges! I assume he means usage AND S/C?
