I did my third ever swimrun race today. It combines 2 of my favourite things: open water swimming and trail running, all in a unique format of 6 alternating swim + run legs (with no gear changes). So much fun!

Today I finished an end-to-end run series of the Sydenham section of the Bruce Trail - a little over 170km in 4 weekends. taking in marshes, forests, waterfalls, and amazing geological formations. So much fun!

Yesterday I did my first ever 50km trail run: the Caledon Crusher on the Bruce Trail near Mono, Ontario. The course was challenging (so many climbs!) but the weather was perfect and I had a fun and memorable day. #trailrunning

A viral dog rescue from 2016 is now immortalized with a statue in Kazakhstan. When a dog fell into the Sayran reservoir, bystanders formed a human chain to pull him to safety. The statue is a reminder of the value of unity, solidarity and collective action. 14/10 for all
