I don't like scrapper with a strong desire for control. The praise he gets from his teammates is because he allows them to do what they want. He knows them well and has certain limits for their demands but also gives them sufficient freedom.

so i thought the decepticons needed more medic characters. which is the premise behind one of my ocs, cascade. he's a big cargo transport helicopter. maybe a Sikorsky S-65? during battle he does medevacs for injured cons, and in the repair bay he works as a triage nurse.
