Proud of myself for not lashing out though The poetic part is I had been talking to my wife at that exact moment about letting stuff go when it comes to the kids and I guess some divine asshole heard me and was like "aight bet" I didn't even yell so I'm pretty proud of myself as a dad.

I wouldnt say lifechanging but the coverage and consistency, along with self levelling seem a major upgrade. of course its being hyped pretty well, but really it seems a lot better formula than the current paints (not that i think theyre bad), so im definitely picking some up to try

I think the comic relief ork has become an oversaturated meme. Rynns World Orks are true orks, IMO. They are ferocious, they are terrifying, they are evil slaughter made incarnate. I get when someone is writing from their perspective its kinda limited, but I just feel like it's way overplayed

These marines aren't hard to build but the sprue connector points are almost always on a curved surface The subsequent multiple layers of sanding means just assembling one of them is like a 45 minute job I haven't even done mold line cleanup yet 😔

I know how they usually work yea but it's more the principal of someone actively refusing to explain an artistic process As John Romero once put it, it's not a zero sum game. There's no grand prize. We're all enriched by shared knowledge (Also I don't think the guy uses that method, too saturated)

I really hate miniature painters who act like the hobby is a zero sum game and if they share how they do their style or technique they're going to lose or something (Yes they exist, I follow one who does amazing automotive esque metallic jobs but has refused to ever explain their technique)
