It's Marine Meat Monday and I did draw the Lord Commander Primus again. Eidolon's ass is perfection. As it should be. #Warhammer #EmperorsChildren #MarineMeatMonday #Warhammer40k

Black and white drawing of Eidolon facing away from the viewer. He is naked except for a cloth he is holding that covers his lower legs. The drawing is on grey paper, heightened with white.

Today's pic: Lucius and Saul pre-Heresy. Again. I haven't drawn my OTP for a while. I've got nothing against Saul-Garro-shippers, but, I'm sorry, you are wrong. 😁 They are friends, no sexual tension at all. Saul and Lucius on the other hand ... wow! #warhammer #horusheresy #emperorschildren

Hairy Arrian. An artist-friend gets constantly asked about hairy Astartes or Primarchs. The most outlandish questions. I am highly amused. So I drew them Arrian with lots of hair. #Warhammer #WarhammerCommunity #WorldEaters #ArrianZorzi #Astartes #Warhammer40k

Today's scribble: The Chief Apothecary again! Fabius deserves as much spotlight as Lucius. He's the galaxy's brightest mind, after all! #Warhammer #WarhammerCommunity #FabiusBile #EmperorsChildren #Scribble

I am back from hospital and on my way to recovery. I haven't drawn for nearly four months and I am taking meds that make my hands shake ever so slightly. So I am doing daily scribbles to stay in training until I get rid of those meds. Today's scribble is a Possessed. #warhammer #warhammer40k

Black and white drawing. A portrait of a Word Bearers-Possessed with horns and a big smile.

Last Marine Meat Monday before I have to go to the hospital for a few weeks to fight the damn blight. Here's @malkydel.bsky.social 's Malakris from the new Eidolon novel. I love that guy, because he's a feral gremlin and constantly fucks around to find out. #Warhammer #WarhammerCommunity

Inkdrawing coloured with watercolours of a naked Astartes, facing away from the viewer. He's slightly hunched over and covered in bodymods and parts of his skin are deliberately peeled away..

I'm no longer on Bluesky, but I came back just to tell @malkydel.bsky.social how much I fucking LOVE his Eidolon-novel! Finally, Emperor's Children again have an author who loves them! And it shows at every twist and turn that he's read @jmreynolds.bsky.social books and made lots of notes.

Down from my "Lord of Excess"-high. It's nice and was a good read, but I have a few issues. Rich McCormick is a new author, I bet he'll sort it out over time and get more secure and bold enough, to break the usual "Chaos can't have nice things because bad"-mould! I believe in him! #Warhammer

Good news everyone - "Lord of Excess" is out! The gap left by Josh Reynolds was never going to be filled until now (St.Martin is nice, though, really like his Lucius). Now we have someone new who wants to try the EC - Rich McCormick. And his first short story was already impressive. #Warhammer

Here's another serving of Marine Meat this Monday. Ahzek Ahriman, Chief Librarian of the Thousand Sons. I've already featured him quite a few times for Marine Meat Monday, but no harm in drawing him again.

Coloured drawing of pre-Heresy Ahriman. The point of view is very low. He's naked and a circle of golden runes is around him. The whole picture is in red and golden tones.

Another Monday, more Marine Meat. And since a friend is reading "The Crimson King", here's Lucius! (albeit 40k Lucius, because I love drawing his hooves) So, have a great Marine Meat Monday with only the finest of Fulgrim's son's meat!

Inkdrawing of Lucius in his 40k-form with hooves and the lash and ritualistic scars, lying on his back, raising his legs. The drawing is slightly monochrome coloured with purple watercolour.

And onward to the next work in progress. My Word Bearers Raptor. I started with the metals and gave them a gradient from silver to bronze. Then a Khorne Red basecoat for the armour. Rest will be done next weekend. I hope! No place for my Warhammer hobby stuff on my desk during work week.

Half finished Word Bearers Raptor. He is basepainted but no layers or shading yet.

Word Bearers Raptor just the metal parts.

Two lorge bois and their little Servo Skull-friend. Painting Salamanders is fun. But my next one will be a Word Bearers Raptor. And, damn, will he be difficult! So many little swirls and edges and fancy-edgy parts. I'm not sure how to tackle him, yet. I guess I'll start with the metal parts.

Two fully painted miniatures. They are Salamanders Terminators, one with and one without helmet. The one without helmet has a little floating servo skull with him.

Once I drew some "Lucius telling yo mama-jokes"-pics. Not a lot of people laughed, but I am unfazed and believe in their quality. So I am posting one or two of them from time to time, to see if my vision finally has reached mainstream humour.

b/w drawing of Lucius in a suit standing in front of a brickwall. He says: "Yo Mama so big, Guilliman had to sperate her into chapters!".
Above him some text reads: Lucius, the eternal Chaosgoblin, is telling "yo mama"-jokes.

My first squad of Astartes is done. Salamanders! (My taste is very wide-ranging and extends from the spicy flavour of Emperor's Children and Word Bearers to the sweet smokyness of Vulkan's boys)

It's Monday, so time for some Marine Meat. It's my first Warhammer-love. Wolf Lord Ragnar Blackmane. Don't judge. The first few Space Wolves-novels are just the most wholesomely dorky, fun shit you'll ever read! But since he's way too tame for Marine Meat Monday, I'll post something else, too.

It's Marine Meat Monday again. This time with Zartath, the Black Dragon-turned-Salamander. "Even so, he still needed a strong hand now and again. A leash, according to his more vocal detractors. Agatone did not like to think of him as some hound – it felt disrespectful." #Warhammer #WH40k

I'm painting biblically correct Paz'uz right now (not done). I'm drawing him very different from how Beasts of Nurgle look like as minis. A friend said they are like pufferfish. My drawings are the resting state, the miniature is all puffed up in attack mode. I'm going with this explanation now.

Since Erebus won, I am allowed to be a giant cunt for the next few days. 😁 (I am annoyed by the "but muh Argel Tal .."-fans. Yes, it's okay. We all have our fandom-traumas. But please, don't add it to every sentence that contains the word "Erebus"! Hence that gently mocking pic. No hard feelings!)

b/w-ink drawing of a Keeper of Secrets. They are facing to the right and their head is thrown back in a grin. On the side is the text: "Every time someone says "Erebus is cool but I can't forgive him for killing Argel Tal" a Keeper gets their tit!

Your average Commorragh-supermarket. It's Hexachires' turn to shop for the Thirteen Scars and he is not happy about it, when he can't find the Frosted 'nids-cereal he loves for breakfast. And then he runs into Fabius, who took the Consortium shopping for T'au-intestines and his day is ruined.

Hexachires the Haemonculus. I have this weird thing for horrible old malpractitioners. His extra-arms and Fabius' Chirurgeon had slapfights during the Chief Apothecary's time at Commorragh. Nobody can convince me otherwise. #Warhammer #WarhammerCommunity #Drukhari
