The TOS being so strict that they control you offsite is the problem; sites like Patreon and Kofi have offsite clauses too. The social criminalization of the suggestion that somewhere you might be doing nsfw is a problem. It's branding a person as obscene and we need consumers to stand up for us

They are companies that directly aim to hook you on food that is terrible for you, and do not care about the aggregate wasted time and effort of the workers that make the bedrock of their business. They are given official warnings, then are liable to be fined (one of my preceding coworkers was given a fine of €500) tried in court, and fired. The system attacks the moral action of preventing waste, and aims to severely punish individuals who do otherwise. (5/6)

If procedures were followed to a T, workers would be throwing away hundreds of kilos of food away in a week. Workers who do not do this are hounded by managers to stick to procedure, and if they do not do this, they are written up, and worse yet, if they decide to eat any food... (4/6)

Deep-fried meat products are to be thrown away within 20 minutes, Hamburger patties are to be thrown away within 10, and fries are to be thrown away within 5. They tend to ask you to produce far more than necessary, speculating to a ridiculous degree, leading to unnecessary food waste. (3/6)
