New preprint: airborne eDNA + nanopore sequencing can detect biodiversity in ~3 hours. Across 77 air samples from 13 London sites, we found 1,916 species (bacteria to plants to animals), with communities shifting seasonally. Happy to have contributed to this one. doi.org/10.64898/202...
