Yes indeed Cryostasium was a full band at one time. With thor and tom and andrew and steve and it was the best thing.

That's cool. Usually i don't participate in the communities, they always let me down somehow. But i always give the benefit of the doubt.

It's a shame definitely. We want to play shows around the world!!!! That'd be super sick if we got an offer. but until then we remain where we are dude you were able to find our record. that's amazing in itself! We're used to our circle being small and local It rules when worldly others dig!

Well in a way it is, you're right. Musically, we love black metal and just metal and punk and hardcore....I just don't align with the black metal ethos. So I don't consider us black metal, y know? Dude, that's sick you love the record. I'm really grateful about that.

Dylan, thanks for enjoying our record! I can see how you might think it's black metal but it's actually D-Beat punk. Lyrically, even musically. Althought i'm not gonna sit here and say we don't listen to black metal. I think that's in the music unescapably.

Ambient metal before really knowing how to mix on a computer...not a mistake, just what i knew at the time.

So is this ambient metal? Neoclassical noise? Blackened synth?

Review #7 (!!!) of Filth Film by @dystopiate777.bsky.social is up on our Bandcamp now! This one comes courtesy of Ryan Wesener D-beat bullet train blitzing through the smouldering shitegeist landscape. Snowpiercer sans protagonist, until a reflected window glimpse reveals it is all of us at once

www.youtube.com/watch?v=s9kx... MAN, people give me shit for liking this band. I understand one thing about the shit i'm getting. The song "Can't Wait One Minute More". I know. I know. But the rest sounds like Gorilla Biscuits. Wonder why.

dude, thanks!!!! Of course we use a lot of BM riffage because of my previous band. I like the feel of those riffs so i use em. Definitely not a BM band though, not satanic.

hahaha sneaky snake I am right? when you're a musician, got no money (at the time), have an insatiable NEED to write and record, you make do with what you can.
