So is this ambient metal? Neoclassical noise? Blackened synth?

Review #7 (!!!) of Filth Film by @dystopiate777.bsky.social is up on our Bandcamp now! This one comes courtesy of Ryan Wesener D-beat bullet train blitzing through the smouldering shitegeist landscape. Snowpiercer sans protagonist, until a reflected window glimpse reveals it is all of us at once

dude, thanks!!!! Of course we use a lot of BM riffage because of my previous band. I like the feel of those riffs so i use em. Definitely not a BM band though, not satanic.

"The part where the horns go up". It's a thing. a true thing. In metal. You see i hand picked this song and this section. You might have to wait a bit and you might think the horns go up in the middle somewhere. No.Little kid's listening to it, horns go up. Just sayin'. youtu.be/cU4NN0jPDZk?...

Wow. From 2012. I remember this guy being very disagreeable, yet he's an audio genius. He's doing art now, which is pretty cool. and this is a GREAT cover version. Not exactly a remix, as he did this all from scratch and I actually did vox on it. Check it.

DORA O APPRECIATION POST This is Dora Ohrenstein, in a sweater she crocheted herself. She is also, to me, the BEST VOCALIST the Philip Glass Ensemble ever had, during a classic run (c1981-c1990), adding a dimension of emotion that none before her or after her have done. Now she is a CROCHET QUEEN

Picture of Dora Ohrenstein in a rainbow crochet sweater standing in front of a mantle. She was once the vocalist of the Philip Glass Ensemble and frankly unbeatable singing. Now she's one of the 3 Most Influential Crocheters according to Interweave.

A screenshot from 4 American Composers of Dora Ohrenstein singing in a toga type dress.
