BRB, replacing my frontal Lobe w/ the stock Ableton Live Sampler. Critical thinking, executive function, Social skills, Movement. Being wasted, rather just time stretch, chop & sidechain than think in 2025

If social media didn’t exist, all of this unreleased in the moment wip music posted in edited video form across multiple platforms likely would have became finalized tracks released on albums. Choose Your Adventure. Cakes you can never eat. ;)

While trying to troubleshoot blue/purple hands & feet w/o healthcare my research led me to: “It’s not good to have your knees above your heart” Well that’s not ideal, because I’m typing this in my default form as the fetal position Metroid ball Insert nameless beats Samus flips here

Literally shortest track I ever made. Forgot about this sample challenge submission, wonder if the session is still intact so I can revisit & do it justice

You think we’ll ever get to upload videos longer than 1 minute here?

I had a mental breakdown & shaved my head like Brittany while installing this new coolant system in my pc. I had to take it apart 5 times, so many work arounds. Been unable to touch music since December. Got so much to catch up on, Record first new “Dutchmassive” song, Finalize USB.

Now Playing: BuuGee - “Nihil” this app feels eerily similar to the great Audius migration, where after losing original upload only feeds on SC, all the dope artists joined the new platform only to never turn to upload haha. I miss inspiring & being inspired logging on to shared spaces

In a world where we feel we have little control, we world build, terraforming the tangible & transmuting the imaginable. I just wanna create. I’m not built for the extra stuff required for what’s created to be seen/heard/sustainable. I miss the realtime free & open interwebs so dearly

Recoving from nearly 6 figure jaw surgery means the decade long writing / recording protest has ended. No silly freestyles, Dutchmassive must write & record a 3rd album with intention. Shout to Mad Keys for being the first to bless me with beats that inspire the pen. Who’s next?

Dutchyyy @dutchyyy.bsky.social · 12/01/2025

World Building & Waifu’s 60 second video limits really put’s a damper on what I’d like share.

Q-Tip - The Renaissance The lore surrounding this album is intriguing enough, but even coming to it without most of that (as I did when it dropped in 2008), the music is so satisfying. Tip weaves his trademark feel-good flows into a bed of great sample selection, and a sprinkle of Dilla.

The bird app is objectively in its most obvious super negging, doom, brain rot dump period to date. Imagine how unhealthy being exposed it after admin changes next month. All cons, zero pros. Too not deactivate would be self harm. Searching for a save point

Preparing for my return to recording official albums as an emcee after a decade & my return to live streaming (leveled up) Q1 2025 once fully healed from jaw surgery. Send beats (batches) so I can write while I heal 🫂 Powered by Music Nerd

Making music is fun. Playing music for people is fun. Connecting with other musicians is fun. Almost everything else about the music industry sucks lol.

1 minute video uploads :/ Prob better than paying for an app I loathe purely for the ability to post long videos no one has attention to watch, retention burying us further into the shadow realm. Glass half full 🫂
