iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

When I see the kids of Toronto in the malls and on the subway and stuff nowadays we definitely back somewhere between 95-2005 with the fashion it’s crazy but I’m here for it

This might be my favourite and personally to me the craziest Jadakiss feature. Bodied the hook and verse youtu.be/LDjpax9-PfE?...

"Toronto people are the worst" only come from the most entitled artist and people from Toronto. They don't show any support, add nothing to the community and have make believe haters lol.

So crazy growing up in a “Toronto people are the worst” type place and I finally get here and have the most authentic and real friends I’ve had in my entire life lol

Honestly if I can get back to the gym for 6 months to a year I think I might take up breaking (non-competitively) so I can cypher a little. The community is very real and accepting here and I love the art form of breaking

Inuyasha really was dope cuz there’s something about Sango having a giant boomerang as a weapon that’s fly as hell

I have a hard time believing Ben Stiller wasn’t inspired by the game Control when making Severance. There are an INSANE amount of parallels

Theory Hazit easily one of the best on the beats to me currently. I want him to produce an entire Busta album someday

PayPal is funny cuz why even offer the option of sending me my money in 3-5 business days if the instant transfer is the exact same price

Now that I’ve experienced PS4 Pro in 4K HDR I’m a little more sold on the idea of a PS5

Wolfenstein: The New Order is really dope. I’m late to the game but I’m really enjoying it. Amazing set pieces and they throw you into the action and story immediately in actually immersive ways

10 years ago today, my old record label imprint Producers I Know put out a well received beat tape by Detroit’s Nolan The Ninja titled “lo-fi l∞ps” with digital distribution by SoulSpazm & physical cassettes distributed by Fat Beats. Here it is: producersiknow.bandcamp.com/album/lo-fi-...

I miss being a kid and getting stink bombs from the convenience store that was central between the Elementary, Jr High and High School in my home town and activating them and throwing them in each others backpacks. Absolute hooligan shit. Nowadays kids just cyber bully each other lol

As much as I said you don’t need to turn your master into a sausage waveform sometimes you do gotta slam the 404 compressor on a beat and there’s really no set rules

It’s crazy what some ghost notes can add for groove/feel

I like to put a blank pad in the same mute group as my sample chops to do mute outs. It can be easier to move around the midi note than mess with how the automation is drawn. At least on MPC that’s generally the method
