I wonder how much of the whole gen z not drinking thing is related to a lot of them who would be prone to addiction getting their adhd diagnosed and treated early on

something I think about a lot is how newsom and mamdani represent two very different performances of masculinity, with newsom’s being the kind that men do to impress other men

Since February, according to my latest analysis, almost 600,000 Black women have been economically sidelined. The November 20, 2025, Jobs Report makes clear this isn’t a blip. It’s a structural crisis. That is not a recovery. It is a redistribution of opportunity.

@rhyslangston.bsky.social’s new Pale Black Negative LP is terrific The live instrumentation, all self-played is routinely warm and inviting The singer-songwriter meets rap ethos of the record leads to some truly beautiful slices of melodic sweetness With thoughtful lyrical vulnerability to boot 🙏🏽

#mwe day 1: I'm not a huge techno fan so this mostly techno-pop album isn't really for me. "24hr Dog" and "Wanderlust" are standouts, maybe because they feel like the tracks with the most room to breathe. Otherwise I find myself missing the playful pop-r&b of Caprisongs.
