The Pitt has 1 season for fuck sakes. Yea it's a good season, but it's still new, hasn't had legs yet, and is not a cultural touchstone or an unobtainable quality. House of Cards was 2 amazing seasons, a decent 3rd and then Spacey's involvement made them scramble to an unsatisfactory conclusion

But it's 2 seasons in, it's a mystery box show, and the mystery isn't even solved. It's the same with putting frankly, uneven shows that had super high highs on there, but catering lows, like Dexter, GoT, or hell, even Lost (which I agree should be in there)

The anti-animation bias in this is appalling. No Adventure Time or Venture Brothers on here is legit a massive omission. You could even say Avatar and Bluey deserve a spot as well. Only Bojack is on there to represent an entire medium. Like I liked watching Queens Gambit, but top 100 of the century?

I mean Im an FFVII die hard, and I cant stand KH BS, but even I look through it because it does everything else just so damn well. Its a video game, and the original will always be there, and there are mods if you want a Glow Up version of the original.

its a tough balance sometimes. I also am incredibly anti-ai, especially in generative and art/music/flyers manner. That being said, I still do occasionally use it for tech support and and reading crash files, or identifying specific specialty hardware parts and their voltage outputs and such.

I was hoping for a new large world that was just the OoT story and such, not just literally "here's the exact same OoT map you know but we gave it an Unreal Engine coat of paint" I wanted more of a FFVII remake than Resident Evil remake.

I know it's so easy to be distracted by modern gaming and the latest and greatest (I can't wait for FFVII Rev, it's the last AAA game I'll ever buy) but it's not hard at all to spend $60 on a wii or ps3 and jailbreak it and have tens of thousands of games at your fingertips

3 was my first RE game, so naturally, its my favorite (other than RE1 remake). It still holds such a strong place in my heart. I still try and do S rank runs from time to time. I rarely win, usually dieing when I have plenty of health and ammo to something dumb like a nemesis whip combo or a hunter

Its really cool to work at an Illini alumni bar during this NCAA run. I love my job. I love bartending, and I love my community. I never went to college, but I feel so blessed to be adopted by this Illini family. They broke through tonight. In the year no one was paying attention. And its so sweet
