I often sound like I’m joking, but I really think we need either a celiac caucus or a dietary restrictions caucus for people to take us seriously on this. I had to fight so much to have safe food at the Mpls convention last year, it makes it hard to be a part of the system

I feel genuinely hopeful about the future for the first time in a long time. The organizing and passion I’ve seen at the convention this weekend makes me feel similar to the 2018 midterms and the 2022 MN trifecta win— I think we can do something big! And I’m so happy that hope still exists❤️

We learned what doesn’t work— prioritizing big monied interests over local community investment, and catering exclusively to the 9-5 corporate worker and tourists over the diverse array of City goers. We built an unsustainable economic base. So many places did this. 2020 proved it unsustainable.
