Why do We caucus?
Caucuses are a time for neighbors to come together and discuss what issues are most important to them at the local level. Caucuses are also when neighbors decide who should represent their neighborhood at the DFL Convention.

What is the DFL Convention?
The DFL convention is when representatives of each neighborhood come together to vote for which candidate best represents the values of the DFL party. The candidate with the most votes receives the DFL endorsement, and receives resources from the Minneapolis DFL party.

What are caucus and convention like?
While it may sound overwhelming, caucuses and convention are actually really fun! It's a great opportunity to meet your neighbors, talk about issues you care about, and build community!
