Our current model of healthcare is not sustainable. Fixing the NHS will take deep structural change and, in particular, a ‘shift’ from hospital to community and a move from a National to a Neighbourhood Health Service. Without that shift, we will be stuck on a path from crisis to crisis. 1/4
