The steam page is ready but still in draft! We will release it with a playtest when the entire gameloop will be ready. But the development of bloom buddy is slowed down because we are a team of two persons and Perceptum (horror game) is the priority. I think that will be for 2027 🥲

A main intention of the game is "make you feel paranoid". I like the idea that the player doesn't know if something bad is coming or not because there is no hint in the game visuals or sounds.

Thanks for sharing your feedback! Well I think I don't want to make adaptive ambiance sounds like in your example or small sound on jumpscare. At the beginning I wanted to add extra diegetic sounds for jumpscares, mood, ambiance etc. But after private playtests, I prefered the result with silence.

Just got around to trying the playtest for this game and it is CREEPY AS HELL! Really interesting mechanics and puzzles, a very tense atmosphere along with some genuinely uncomfortable scares that quickly triggered my paranoia. Very excited to see how it develops, I definitely recommend trying it.
