Women with high risk of CHD should avoid COCP. Epilepsy is more common in Down Syndrome and seizures can be worse premenstrually. Oestrogen and lamotrigine may interact VALPROATE REQUIRES EFFECTIVE CONTRACEPTION: see @mhragovuk.bsky.social #dsmig
