I think there's a huge amount of underground art that is responding to the moment, but it's not gonna be broadly culturally acknowledged for another generation (as the cycle usually goes with that stuff).

I can't believe anyone is stupid enough to believe such a thing in 2026. These are multinational companies, they'll just have the folks work for them in their home countries where they can pay them less and, if there are any extra fees involved, they'll bribe the administration to waive them.

I think it's really unrealistic to suggest that folks on the left don't understand exactly what the values of people on the right are and that our desire to not engage with them isn't an informed choice based on that. It's the dominant culture in this country and we all experienced it growing up.
