I'm officially in crunch time for Last Dawn of the Sun. Today is a polish day, where instead of principle writing I'll spend the day editing and expanding the last six chapters I've written. This is usually a weekend activity but I got really into the sequence I was writing so I put it off.

When my mom was dying she watched it. The remote was trapped under her with her butt on the volume up button, so i walked into her ICU room to hear it on full blast. It took me forever to get it down to normal volume. Still makes me smile.

Because I love going all in on little details— the back I designed for the Binder Family Tarot Deck. I went with earthy colors in a nod to the Binder family’s connection with nature magic, a blackberry bramble motif, and the center symbol is the letter B rotated to make a spiraling pattern.

I started writing Dark Moon, Shallow Sea when I was playing BG1 and 2. I figured out that if you played multiplayer by yourself you could make two characters. Raef, Kinos, and Seth both came from that. I spent SO much time making custom portrait sets to get their look right!
