Friends of mine have been notifying me of a few Threads accounts that have been taking my tweets and posting them as their own, with some getting huge traction and reposts (just like they did when I posted them on Twitter). What I don’t understand is where they’re getting them from.

I deleted my Twitter account after Elon ruined the platform, and I was never able to complete the download of all my material. It kept hanging up. I waited months and months before finally pulling the trigger because it absolutely gutted me. I actually grieved. 🧵
