“South Carolina Democrats can’t even win a 2nd house seat, how can they win statewide?” The SC map is so gerrymandered that statewide races range D40-45% while the Dems in congressional races get 28-42% (yikes). Believe it or not, statewide SC races may be more viable than SC01 or SC02.
