I have two sheets of Lino to cut, the tools bought but the press item was my blocker. But some person on ‘tinternet’ showed how she used a cast iron tortilla press instead of the £200 ‘Pooki Press’ and I was like QWEEEEEEEN!

Basically, if you have a life type arsehole social contacts, it sends you mad, even more than if you had a genetic basis to go mad. Happened to me. No genetic history but 2 Narc parents who still tried to manipulate me as an adult…sending me mad. Was then unDx in UK some years later when estranged

I was happy to pay, they also do free legal representation for people not as lucky as to be as ‘clear cut’ as me. But it’s been nice to be able to buy a second hand boot scooter from eBay, to take around to tour places again. I need a hoist to be fitted to the car, to be more independent. Saving up!

Everyone who has ever work in a University can tell you, it’s the whole system rests on finding that one Admin person, who knows how to make everything operate on Oracle/SAGE/LMS to actual resolve issues. Her name is usually a divorcee named Tracey and she’s just there for her future pension.

I had to pay a local charity to help me complete forms. But I am worse that I thought I was, as it was waved straight through the backroom of the DWP, with only a quick clarification call (unrecorded) from an OT.

My 14 yo & I did a ‘free bus odyssey’ in August, to see if we could get her from Lancashire to London - on free local bus networks. We used the shit google inbuilt AI to ‘help us plan’ then spent two days cross checking all the facts on the bus companies timetables. It was hideously incorrect.

I’m currently setting up a Science Week collaboration with a woman who runs the Blackburn Making Rooms. I’m just waiting for my nichrome loops to arrive off eBay to start growing up the soil bacteria that produces violet dye. Not having a lab makes it hard (but not impossible)
