How it started… tears of frustration that a bloody overnight onset #migraine didn’t clear enough for me to start Day 3 of the bike ride 😩 so I had to ride in the bus for the first 30Km until my brain worked again. How it finished… a fresh coconut juice after the 55Km I then DID manage to cycle 😁

Here are some of the unexpectedly vibrant colours we encountered last week - when spending Christmas in the hills of Catalunya. The sky was so blue, the kitchen windowsill view almost meditative, the flowers a delight and reflections so tranquil. Hope you’re okay. Go gently. Be kind to yourself.

Old enough I’ve had mine for years! Stairs did feel very odd and unsafe for a day or two, but eyes quickly adapted and I’ve completely given up contact lenses now I’ve got varifocal specs. I wear them continuously through my waking hours (unless reading in bed which I can do without glasses).
