I've been renovating a room in our #OldHouse. Gypsum off, lime on, limewashing this weekend. But I've also been upcycling old furniture. The cats seem impressed with the sideboard that's going in my study!

One problem with ‘AI v Doctor’ diagnostic studies is that most diagnoses are either obvious or emergent (ie have an unfolding-over-time dimension in which an ongoing clinician-patient relationship can prove crucial). Also, the most important things a GP knows are a) whether to refer and b) to whom.

Great to see this work in print. Hopefully adding to the evidence that we need to recognise there is a need for ongoing perimenopause management and support in the UK Armed Forces.

There’s a lot of NHS folk who’d like to see the end of GP partnerships because they can’t work with every practice being slightly different. Those same people just do not understand that that’s what makes general practice successful and efficient, designed around the community. 1/3

Couple of gentle nudges… Use a capital for each separate word in hashtags so that screen readers, used by people with visual impairments, can distinguish between words. Also, do use alt text on media…..you can set an auto reminder for that in Settings.
