Many people provide unpaid care to family or friends and are unaware of their rights. If you're an unpaid carer, find out what help and advice is out there to support you - www.healthwatch.co.uk/advice-and-in…
What support can I get as a carer?

 1) Get a benefits check to see what financial support you may be entitled to

2) Practical support including equipment to make caring easier

3) Connect with others by finding local support groups to attend in person or benefit from the wealth of online forums

We've published new research showing that there are significant gaps between the choices patients want when booking a #GPappointment and what they're offered. Read our article to find out what patients are entitled to ask for at their GP practice. bit.ly/4eSA9VX
Do you know what choices you can make at your GP practice?

1. Method of booking an appointment
2. Named healthcare professional
3. Male or female professional
4. Type of professional
5. Longer appointment
6. Companion at appointments
7. Accessibility adjustment
