For table ready? Dont. But if you must. I always paint the eyes about half way through the face layering. Usually once Ive done the main mid tone of the face. You just pop a blob of color in there generally eye shaped, and then clean it back up with the midtone. And then finish highlighting.

Played my first game of Old World tonight. Local club had a narrative campaign so we had a mega 5v5 battle for the intro. The chaos dwarfs had to join with the Cathay pirates and some non chaos dwarfs, in order to take on the greenskin, demon and ogre hordes.

Seller on etsy I bought some figs from this week messaged me saying that he appreciated the large order, and noticed that I didnt add a command group for one of the units, and was going to add them in for free in addition. Now that's customer service.

Had some money saved up for the new eshin stuff. But a combination of hard to get boxes to split, the new rules that I don't like, and that I could just rebase my current ones, meant I spent that money on a 500pnt old world army instead.
