Finally left Twatter. Guess I’d better introduce myself… I’m Bella, a scouse italian socialist NHS doctor. I love medicine, politics, people, animals but mostly pasta and pizza (no pineapple, you heathens!). No racists, no incels, no elon/tate/peterson fanboys. Ain’t nobody got time for that!
