The problem with being so fond of shitty little guys is that authors often feel the (quite understandable) need to whitewash them. But no! I love them being awful! It's their main attraction! If they are just a misunderstood woobie they are still quite cute but not as interesting.

The Witcher. Personal opinions on the franchise: The TV show: Starts at awful quality and goes downhill from there, every subsequent season is EXPONENTIALLY worse. Only watched 2 seasons. Season 1 still has excellent music, ok costumes and decent casting, though.

Just did a portrait in a couple of minutes and then overlaid the reference on top. It was almost perfect!🤯 Sometimes I think I can't draw but then when I go "this is just for me, no one will see it" it's just so quick and effortless😭 In conclusion, I might be an idiot but at least I can draw

Back from the doc, the whole thing took 7 hours even with an appointment but mum tolerated it very well. Now we need many new tests and also a new appointment to the gastroenterologist and neurologist. Feeling hopeful. I've never seen a doctor order so many things in one single sheet of paper!

Things are going well! Today I was a bit busy and mum was SO hungry she made herself some toast. This is incredible! Both the fact that she was hungry and the fact that she had enough energy to make toast. Seems the er doctor was right and her usual gp was super wrong as they had opposite advice.

We're back at home! Mum fainted and we couldn't wake her so we had to call an ambulance. It was so fucking scary. They said it was probably another stroke and we couldn't even go to the clinic because of insurance so we ended up in a sanatorium but when we got there they wouldn't even let me see her

Other nice things. Spending time with brother, he's 100% better and we've had a talk (again) about not doing anything to exacerbate his condition. There seems to be new treatment for our illness! New enough that it's not available in the country yet but it looks promising.

Mum update! We're back!!! Christmas at home woohoo! Don't ask me what's wrong with her because I have no fucking clue and neither do her doctors. Still need to go back for more urine and blood tests, abdomen ct scan, neurologist, psychiatrist, endoscopy, colonoscopy and 24 hs. bp test.

Mum update: She's improving slowly. The good: Heart is mostly fine, might need one more pill but no worries. She can pee though not regularly. Appetite stimulant is working as intended.

Mum update. She is responding well to fluids. She was dehydrated and sort of malnourished? She had stopped eating these last few days gradually and has lost a lot of weight. She has no appetite but can handle tiny portions of semi-solid food. She's confused and has big memory lapses.

Thank you all who donated to help with my mums care! I have some slightly positive news at least. Bp stabilized though it's still too low. She peed! (not enough to be normal but at least a little). Blood and urine results came back not so good but not immediate panic mode either I guess.

House flooded, they are fixing the pipe again now. Mum's heart is acting up but no idea why, all her tests show she's fine? I'm so fucking stressed. This year cannot end soon enough. Sometimes I wonder if people think I'm making up the shit that happens to me, surely no one has THIS much bad luck😑

I'm alive. Brother is better. Mewemew got better after some complications. We had another health scare with mum recently. She is fine-ish? Having a bit more trouble recovering and extremely tired and sad. Her birthday is later in the month so we hope she can improve a little by then.
