Dram it Mick @dramitmick.bsky.social · 1hYep all bangers, and I do love Ocean Machine, Terria, Addicted, and The Moth is an epic piece that I’m really enjoying. 000

Dram it Mick @dramitmick.bsky.social · 03/10/2026Thoughts - For me it’s a blended whisky that does its job quite well. It won’t blow your socks off, but it is enjoyable, I can see folks of years ago easily enjoying it, again it’s another decent evenings opener. #olddrams #oldminiatures #sandyfraserblendedwhisky 030
Dram it Mick @dramitmick.bsky.social · 03/10/2026🏁 The spice lingers, the tropical fruits and the cereals stay throughout. It a short finish, and very easy going. #olddrams #oldminiatures #sandyfraserblendedwhisky 130
Dram it Mick @dramitmick.bsky.social · 03/10/2026👅 - It’s quite light on palate initially, much like the nose, those aromas are on the palate also. It does slowly spice up, it’s not becoming bitter at all. It’s reminding of a bourbon cask Glen ord or Glencadam atm. #olddrams #oldminiatures #sandyfraserblendedwhisky 120
Dram it Mick @dramitmick.bsky.social · 03/10/2026👃 - The nose certainly isn’t soapy for me. It’s light & elegant, with honey and vanilla, flapjack and tropical fruit granola initially. More time brings an oily aroma, with a touch of peach & mango. #olddrams #sandyfraserblendedwhisky #oldminiatures 120
Dram it Mick @dramitmick.bsky.social · 03/10/2026It’s time to pour an older mini. This blend was for the Italian whisky market, being largely produced between the 1960s and 80s. I’ve seen someone on whisky base saying it’s soapy, let’s see. #olddrams #sandyfraserblendedwhisky 150
Dram it Mick @dramitmick.bsky.social · 03/10/2026He’s got such a big sound hasn’t he Mark, and he’s good live, I’ve seen him twice in London, has a great voice. 020
Dram it Mick @dramitmick.bsky.social · 02/10/2026Soooo many tracks mate. Stormbending is a banger, Kingdom, Deadhead, Supercrush, Universal flame, Hyperdrive, and many more. If you check him out he releases now as Devin Townsend, but released stuff as Devin Townsend Band, Devin Townsend Project, and early stuff as Stapping Young Lad 020

Dram it Mick @dramitmick.bsky.social · 02/10/2026It’s Friday evening!!! And time to pour this, sent over by the whisky legend @backforthewhisky.bsky.social, a swap I’ve been eager to try 🥃 #dramswaps #drammates 160
Dram it Mick @dramitmick.bsky.social · 02/10/2026That’s difficult, but I suspect you know that 🤔. The Victoriana is a great dram, but for personal taste, I’m going yellow spot 🥃🥃 030
Dram it Mick @dramitmick.bsky.social · 02/10/2026Yellow, red and blue are lovely Thomas. I’ve yet to try the gold, and the greens aren’t bad either. 020

Dram it Mick @dramitmick.bsky.social · 27/09/2026That’s a good find Mike, thanks, I didn’t come across it 👌 110
Dram it Mick @dramitmick.bsky.social · 27/09/2026It’s an odd one Mike. Someone loaded it onto whisybase, but there’s no info sadly. I did find one for sale for £15 I thin it was. 100
Dram it Mick @dramitmick.bsky.social · 26/09/2026🏁 - Medium long, remains spicy, the Smokey mezcal thing lingers nicely and along with last nights mini, as an evenings opening dram it’s not bad imho. #olddrams #whiskyminiatures #blendedwhisky #noblehighlander 040
Dram it Mick @dramitmick.bsky.social · 26/09/2026👅 - It’s quite spicy, with white pepper, and green chillies initially. It quickly changes to a more malty chocolatey flavour, with white fruits. With time I’m getting sugar glazed doughnuts. #olddrams #blendedwhisky #noblehighlander #whiskyminiatures 140
Dram it Mick @dramitmick.bsky.social · 26/09/2026👃- I believe this is blended whisky, initially I’m getting mezcal vibes, with peppermint, dry straw, sawdust and pencil shavings. #olddrams #blendedwhisky #noblehighlander 130
Dram it Mick @dramitmick.bsky.social · 26/09/2026Time to try another miniature, another I know nothing about. Let’s see what it’s like. #olddrams #blendedwhisky 3120

Dram it Mick @dramitmick.bsky.social · 25/09/2026Thoughts - As this evening’s opening dram it’s a good sipper. At 40% it’s not lacking flavour, it won’t blow your socks off, but it’s nice imho. More time and it becomes more lime citrus. #olddrams #whiskyminiatures #SingletonOfDufftown 010
Dram it Mick @dramitmick.bsky.social · 25/09/2026🏁 - The fruit and gentle spices continue right through, joined by black liquorice and black currants right at the end. #olddrams #whiskyminiatures #SingletonOfDufftown 110
Dram it Mick @dramitmick.bsky.social · 25/09/2026👅 - The fruit platter continues on the palate, with honey, gentle spices, lemon Bon bons, glazing putty, peaches and nectarines. #olddrams #whiskyminiatures #SingletonOfDufftown 100
Dram it Mick @dramitmick.bsky.social · 25/09/2026👃- Dry straw, a little vegetal, then lots of old school bubblegum, pear? Rhubarb, green apple skin. Eventually balsa wood comes forward, and it stays quite fruity. #olddrams #whiskyminiatures #SingletonOfDufftown 110
Dram it Mick @dramitmick.bsky.social · 25/09/2026It seems that this is Singleton of Dufftown, one I’ve not tried before, short notes in a mo. #olddrams #whiskyminiatures #SingletonOfDufftown 110
