Lots of polygenic scores for lung cancer have been developed - which one to use? Our systematic review and validation finds that this depends on the characteristics of your population. However, none of the PGS performed well, so translation into clinical practice is not imminent. lnkd.in/eFjcDU7P

Great to see our study looking at the contributions of different data types to short-term risk prediction for colorectal cancer diagnosis published bmjoncology.bmj.com/content/4/1/... Key finding: primary care records (especially common blood tests) and genetics make a substantial contribution.
