Opinion: Colostomy free survival would be a very good surrogate marker of QOL for ca rectum. Especially with so many younger patients these days. Their HRQOL and sexual QOL will also come into play with locoregional recurrence. Organ preservation should be our next great frontier. #oncsky #cancer
