This is fraught terrain Mayor Sutcliffe. Police already have ample powers to restrict protests at schools, hospitals & places of worship when needed. Anything further needs very careful study. Court challenges elsewhere already pending. Don't rush this.

I see it as good! I have a strong feeling her mandate letter will focus a lot on women entrepreneurs. However, I think she'll be collaborative across the women's rights and gender justice sector for other issues like reproductive justice, GBV, etc.

Abortion *ACCESS* in 🇨🇦 is the issue. It's inconsistent from province to province, creating huge barriers for those in northern/rural/remote communities. Investing in a robust healthcare system would ensure everyone can access the necessary healthcare they need. #cdnpoli
