The Scottish Green Party supports Ukraine
We publish below the policy passed by the Scottish Green Party at its 2023 Autumn Conference. The party is affiliated to and works with Ukraine Solidarity Campaign Scotland, and its co-leader Ross Greer is one of USCS's sponsors. Preamble In the light of the continuing Russian invasion of Ukraine, and the genocidal nature of that invasion, it is important that the Scottish Green Party affirms its support for the Ukrainian people in resisting that invasion, and for those progressive civil society organisations working to defend women, children, minorities and the environment in extraordinarily difficult circumstances.
