Supreme Ct. recently allowed states to use SAVE database to search specific voters, but not to overhaul #vote rolls, per USA Today Sept. 30. Federal law discourages broad changes to voter rolls within 90 days of election. Supremes' decision might not impact midterms much unless lawbreaking happens..
