The idea that Celtic should get the same fee for Daizen as they paid for Idah is laughable. Donkeys are moving between clubs in England for in excess of £30m. Not only do we appear to be inept at buying players but seem incapable of betting value for those who are leaving.

I thought the goalkeeping in the Celtic game was erratic with the ball at their feet. To see arguably the best goalkeepers in Europe do similar stupidities in the Manchester City match brought back my old conviction that if they were any good at football they wouldn't be playing in goal. 🙄

I have actively supported Celtic since season 1959-60. Prior to that I was a 'sleeper' in a strong Celtic family from the Calton, going to reserve games with my Dad and other family members.

Stating the obvious, and ignoring the dreadful performance over 2 legs, this is the second shoot out in 4 months where we have lost out because the players couldn't score from 12 yards while the opponents, by and large, showed real competence. Either we didn't prepare properly or they lack bottle.
